Meet Our Professional Experts
Kanika Singh, is our founder and visionary behind the platform. She healed herself from prolonged respiratory conditions, that plagued her since childhood. She realized the steps taken were simple but the right information wasn’t easily available, which made it difficult for people to take charge of their health. She decided to change this and help more people gain health through empowering them with the right knowledge. She brought together experts from various fields to give a holistic picture of health, again missing in today’s context of specializations.
She believes our everyday being should encompass all aspects of our health to be sustainable change.
Manisha Malakar, our yoga and meditation guru practicing for the last 10 years. She has a Masters from Mumbai University and an additional Diploma in Movement Therapy from Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Mumbai. She has conducted workshops for corporates, students and teenagers working on movement, breathwork and the philosophy of yoga with them.
She believes that mindful movement is expression, acceptance and growth. It makes us flow and never stagnate.
Pragati Mantri, our nutrition expert, has specialized in Gut health from the INUEN School of Health and Wellness, Mumbai. She consults internationally with a team of Homeopathic doctors and has helped thousands of people reverse their chronic illnesses / lifestyle disorders and achieve optimum health through a holistic approach.
She believes that nutrition is the path to holistic health. Correct nutrition can work on all aspects of our health.
Lahar Mehta, our expressive therapy coach, holds global certificates from the European Graduate School (Switzerland); The World Arts Organization (Toronto); Swahansa Expressive Arts (India), Just Being Counseling Centre (India), Healing Circles Global (California). She has a profound belief in the healing power of creativity; guiding individuals to self-discovery, growth, and emotional well-being through art and space design.
She believes that art has a healing power which helps us access our emotions and unlocks our deepest potential.
